I believe therapy can benefit everyone. Trained in EMDR, Flash Technique, and Brainspotting, along with degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and World Religions, I provide the space to explore the entirety of your life. I will work with you to foster recognition, acceptance, hope, and healing. We can discuss a variety of hardships and challenges, not limited to depression, anxiety, transitions, imbalances, chronic illness, neurodivergence, trauma, and grief. I am informed in Parts Work and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and will blend techniques from other modalities depending on your unique circumstances.
